El Pollo Loco - South Pasadena

Very poor customer service, I asked a question to the employees and she ignored me and goes away, so I ordered online, after that I tried to use the toilet room to wash my hands and it was so dirty and evil I could go?t, never see a rest room like that in my life??

I had the worst experience ever at this restaurant. They were supposed to close at 10 p.m., but when we arrived at 8 p.m., they had run out of chicken and rushed us out, saying they would close at 9 p.m. The only option available was breakfast burrito tostadas. To make matters worse, someone called in to place an order through their app, and when they showed up, they had chicken for them. It’s frustrating! The place was dirty, and I could go on about how disappointing the experience was, but it just leaves me feeling angry and let down. I do not recommend going here.

Good food and total value. I think my Grande Avocado chicken dish could have used a bit more chicken to balance the rice

This is the better one from other locals. But I never went to El Pollo Loco on site without bad service. So they serve chickens without tortillas. Tortilla soup without lemon, although it should be Mexican food. And they refuse to give 1 tortilla. At least I had no shrunk film in my food like the other place or frozen broccoli like the other. People have reported themselves here in comparison to others where they run away and never come back. But it's still a problem. It is as if El Pollo Loco wants to claim Mex food, but occasionally has no salsa or tortillas. Common sense.

I went to order food and asked for three bowls and a two-piece white meal. The manager informed me that the chicken breast would take about 20 minutes to prepare. In the meantime, they made the three bowls and left them on the counter, which was quite frustrating since I still had to wait 20 minutes for the breast. It would have made more sense for the manager to wait until the chicken was ready before preparing the bowls. Instead, the manager just argued with me about my location in South Pasadena, CA. It seems like she could use some additional training.
