Jamba Juice - South Pasadena

It's really disappointing. The quality, service, and cleanliness at this location, as well as Jamba in general, have been declining. This isn't just a post-pandemic issue. The orange juice machine is almost always out of order. Come on, it’s a fresh juice place; we really need that OJ machine to be functioning!

Just ordered. The young man who took my order was so nice and gracious. I appreciated his customer service. I?ve been here before and the smoothies were great. Hoping they will be this time as well!

The staff should be more welcoming and show enthusiasm for their work. The girl who assisted me today didn’t smile at all, and her attitude was disappointing, especially considering the $10 I spent. I don't plan on returning to this place again.

I absolutely love this place! The customer service is outstanding. Their classic Banana Mango and Orange smoothie is a must-try—it's the perfect summer refresher that also gives you a healthy dose of vitamins. I can't wait for the warm weather to enjoy it even more!

Personally not a huge fan of Jamba Juice drinks they all taste a little off. But during my visit it seemed the worst, I get that there were a lot of people and only 2 employees, i didnt mind the wait, but they were definitely rushing the blending. I hadsome chunks of everything, and was eating quite a lot of chunks of ice. Wasn't very pleased with that, I ordered a smoothie btw.Another thing compared to all other locations I've been to is that there is no indoor seating or at least stools. There are someoutside, but no one is willing to wait outside.
