Great friendly service and location! Clean plenty of parking. This location offers the breakfast menu all day!
I order the simplest sandwiches from this restaurant about once a week. However, each time the staff fails to read the special instructions from the app. This should be a straightforward task, as we are just talking about sandwich making here. I had to request a refund and speak to the manager in order to rectify the situation. The response I received was always the same: "I didn't see the special instructions. Would you like the sauce on the side?" No, I simply want a fresh sandwich with all the requested ingredients. I even tried a different location of the same chain with the same disappointing results, as these two branches seem to share the same issues. Metro, please step up your game!
The service at this restaurant was absolutely terrible. They closed the door at 8 o'clock when their closing time is 9. The worker was walking around with headphones, making TikToks or something, and when they saw me knocking on the door, they quickly went to the back of the building.
Masks are not required at this restaurant, and the employees do not wear masks either. It is disappointing that people in this town do not seem to care about others. I have visited this Subway a few times during the pandemic and have often had to wait in my car until I felt it was safe to enter, as customers went in without masks. Today, when I walked in, neither employee was wearing a mask. I did not feel safe and had to leave, deciding not to return. The UK variant is now the dominant variant in the US, which is more deadly and spreads more easily. It seems that the people at the restaurant have been lucky enough to not have lost a loved one yet. I would advise those who are high risk and have not yet received a vaccine to avoid this restaurant, as it is not worth the risk.
