Mcdonald's - South Plainfield

This is usually a great place but not this time. I ordered two fish filet sandwiches. Was really looking forward to my lunch and opened up the bag. Both sandwiches were served on hard, stale rolls. I couldn’t even bite into it. I was scared to go back, thinking they would do something to my food. Please send a gift card, this was really unacceptable. I am a local hotel manager and I’m really shocked about the level of service here.

Out of the last four orders I placed they got three of them wrong. Causing me to drive back to get what I originally

There is no regular staff at the front desk, and the attitude is very bad, as if I am serving them.

I only used the drive thru with my best friend. She goes to this location all the time. The order was correct the fries were good.Kid-friendliness: There was an area for kids.

Its mcdonalds if you want orders screwed up, totally ignored in your order, and experience the most incompetent mcdonalds, this is the one you want to go to. I've been here 7 years and ordered at least 100 times. Guaranteed order wrong wrong. The most incompetent McDonald's on the planet and I live next door. Good thing burger King is only 3 minutes away if you want it RIGHT!
