The food is delicious, featuring a mix of Indian classics and some Indo-Chinese influences. I particularly enjoyed the crispy lotus root in chili sauce and the baked basket chaat. The malai paneer tikka was smoky and packed with flavor. Overall, it was a wonderful experience at a great price!
If you're craving authentic Indian cuisine, this is the place to be! The food is incredible! I enjoyed it so much that I had to loosen my belt afterward!
We visited Spice Culture on a Monday and were seated right away. However, it took about 10 minutes for us to receive a menu to place our order. We decided to try the Mango Mojito and Malibu Sunset cocktails, along with pan-fried chili chicken and Drums of Heaven for appetizers. For our main courses, we ordered Schezwan egg fried rice and Schezwan vegetable Hakka noodles, finishing off with the Atom Bomb for dessert. The food was served hot, and overall, the quality and taste were excellent. That said, they could definitely improve their service and the portion sizes of the appetizers felt a bit small considering the price.
The restaurant has a wonderful atmosphere, elegant cutlery, delicious food, and reasonable prices. We ordered a lunch special for four, which included vegetable manchurian, cauliflower manchurian, chili paneer, and chicken manchurian, along with four soups. Everything tasted fantastic. It was not crowded at all on a weekday, making it a great spot for entertaining business clients or just hanging out with friends. Their Moong Dal halwa was the perfect choice for dessert!
The food was fantastic, and the restaurant itself was clean and thoughtfully arranged. The servers were attentive and very helpful. It's a wonderful spot for Indo-Chinese cuisine. We tried the garlic noodles, Schezwan chicken, and drums of heaven, all of which were delicious and expertly prepared. We visited on a Wednesday when they featured lovely live Bollywood music, with two talented singers performing from an excellent Bollywood playlist. We really enjoyed the combination of live music and good food. While the prices are higher compared to many other Indo-Chinese restaurants, based on our experience, I would definitely recommend this place for Indo-Chinese food.
