The Co saw this and sent me a free meal went back Sept 24 Sunday, the young man at the counter working very hard but still had a smile on his face, the Reuben was great with extra Sauerkraut and onion rings which were suggested and I did not know they had they were also great the food came up fast very happy!!
I love Arby's and have for years. I wish there were more locations in Southern Maine! I consider the French Dip sandwich and Curly fries one of my favorite meals. Whenever I'm near the mall I'll run in to grab some even if I'm not shopoing!!
So here is the thing: if you like Arbys, you love Arbys. If you don 't like Arbys, you probably hate Arbys. Why this restaurant is so polarizing I really don 't understand. For those who know Arbys, I would say this is a solidly four star location. I wouldn 't go so far as to say I eat here regularly, but having eaten here over the years I would say that everything is nicely done, the staff is polite, and the food is a good example of the chain. Somehow something just keeps me from calling them exceptional and tacking that fifth star on, but I certainly enjoy eating here and would recommend anyone who like Arbys check out this location. I should also add, for those who love Arbys but have family members who don 't, this location is in a food court with several other really great options. So it is a good place to go if everyone can 't agree on what to have. For those who haven 't eaten at an Arbys before, their big thing is their roast beef. If you 're expecting rare round roast which has been hand carved and lovingly piled on a sandwich, this isn 't the place for you. Their roast beef is thinly shaved, but is clearly a through-cooked and homogenized meat product. It is well seasoned, and I find it very tasty, but some people just don 't and I am not entirely sure why. They offer a number of different sauces, my favorite being their 'horsey ' sauce, which is a sweet and tangy horseradish mayo. They also offer both regular and curly fries. I love their curly fries. Aside from being curly, they 're given a special seasoning that makes them come out a lovely golden-brown and they taste fantastic. I vastly prefer them to normal fries. Arbys also has a number of other offerings, but it is definitely a place for the meat-eating-type. If that isn 't your jam, or fast-food in general turns you off, I honestly wouldn 't recommend this restaurant to you. However if you do, it is worth checking out I think.
I made a mistake in ordering, and initially thought they took my order wrong. They were extremely kind and remade the order to what I wanted even though it was my mistake. The service was great to begin with when the first guy that took my order, and the manager that stepped in to assist was also top notch. Food quality was also great, fresh and tasty! Will remember the experience.
I ordered the new sliders at the Arby's and wow they were very fresh and Delicious. The workers were friendly and asked us if we needed anything else. Will go back again.
