The food was decent, but the portion sizes were quite small for the price—$27 after tax and tip for a lamb bowl (which I ordered with double portions). If you want lamb, it costs an extra $4, and doubling the portion adds another $6. I appreciate local halal options, but with prices like these, I don't think I'll be returning. I don’t mind paying for good food, but the experience felt more like a Chipotle-style bowl in terms of both quality and atmosphere. Thank you, but no thanks.
This is one of the top restaurants in the Middle East. I ordered the chicken shawarma, and although it wasn't the best I've ever had (I make a pretty good shawarma at home), it was still really tasty. I also treated myself to the baklava, which was excellent. The portion sizes were generous for the price, and the staff at the counter were friendly and seemed to genuinely enjoy their work.
My husband and I stopped by Jaffa on our way to Acadia. He ordered a gyro, and I had a chicken shawarma pita, both of which were absolutely delicious. It's been a while since I've had such tasty chicken shawarma! If you're in the area, you definitely need to check it out!
I'm blown away. This place is incredible. Super clean, fresh ingredients, attentive staff. Would give 6 stars if I could.
We LOVE coming here! All the employees are super nice, food is always fresh and delicious. We don?t eat anywhere else in the mall except here
