North 43 Bistro - South Portland

Lovely spot for a special occasion. We celebrated our anniversary and had a perfect table on the patio. Got there at 4:45 and had a happy hour drink and app followed by dinner.

Nice view! Friendly hostess. Delicious meals; I love the salad, especially the tasty vinaigrette. A different plate type for the salad would have been perfect more room to enjoy it.

The North 43 Bistro had a great indoor and outdoor atmosphere! This place is tucked away in such a great spot at Spring Point Marina. There is plenty of parking available at the restaurant. We went for drinks/happy hour. The drinks were good and reasonably priced. The happy hour food was not really discounted from the regular menu, so we thought that was a bit strange. We didn’t end up getting any food as we just had lunch, but everything around us looked appetizing and I would definitely go back to try the dinner! Enjoy!

My husband and I enjoyed the lobster artichoke tart for our appetizer and it was the perfect size to tide us over until dinner. Also had an equal balance of lobster to cheese and artichokes. For dinner we had the trout and salmon. Both equally delicious and filling. Presentation of food was Beautiful too! Service was excellent !

Always absolutely amazing. Rotating menu with what is fresh and in season. Don’t skip out on the cocktails either!
