Glover's Bakers Confectioners

I visited this restaurant for the first time to celebrate a friend's birthday. Unfortunately, I had a negative experience with one particular staff member who was extremely rude and unprofessional. As someone who has worked in hospitality before, I was shocked by their behavior. I would advise avoiding this place if you do not want to deal with rude staff.

Good quality pies with plenty of tasty filling. Great confectionary too. Easy to park and very pleasant staff. Nice sandwiches soup too.

I recently visited this restaurant, and to be honest, it wasn't my first time and it certainly won't be my last. The food is amazing and the prices are very reasonable. Whether it's warm food on a cold day or crisp salads in the summer, this place has it all. They also offer a variety of hot and cold drinks, and the sweet treats are a delightful bonus.

The Bamber Bridge shop is very convenient for me to just pop in as I pass quite often. I am always very underwhelmed by the staff in the shop, they never smile and sometimes it all seems like too much trouble. The food is fairly good although I would prefer to be able to buy pies that are cold rather than just lukewarm, they are never hot.

This restaurant is a great spot to visit when I'm not fighting with my spouse. They generously give me complimentary cakes to lift my spirits. Afterwards, they even accompany me back home to my unhappy husband on Club Street.
