Delicious high protein food. Great place to go post workout. Love the atmosphere, music, French/Caribbean vibe.

Guilt free delicious crepes! Loved the sugar free passion fruit refresher as well, with choices for add-ins (I did collagen, and expect to look younger by this afternoon The owners are the nicest, will definitely be back.

Drinks and shakes were awesome. A bit spendy though.Parking: Not much room to park. Park on the street.

Great place. They deserve a lot more business. Mom and i went there today. Seems family owned which is awesome. Great menu, very unique. Good ingredients and more on the good for you side as well. The owners were very very nice people too. I will be returning here regularly!

The waffles were pretty good. The added perk was probably that it had protein added to it. But if you are allergic to whey it won't work for you. The pina colada smoothie had no taste. Maybe I shoulda tried it before my waffle..... the idea is great maybe just a little more development is needed to make it better.
