I wish I could eat here every night! The food is great! Everyone who works there is always super friendly! The inside and the atmosphere is amazing! My favorite place in Bradenton!Parking: No problem, plenty of space.

ORDER FROM THEM AT NIGHT FOR DELIVERY THIS IS THE 2ND TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED TO ME I ORDERED THE BLACKENED CHICKEN AND BLACK BEAN FLAUTAS WITH EXTRA CHEESE AND CHIPS AND THE FLAUTAS WERE SAUGGY AND GREASY LIKE THE WERE MICROWAVED OR SOMETHING THEM IT HAD 3 DIFFERENT MEATS LIKE THEY DIDN'T HAVE ENOUGH CHICKEN SO THE JUST PUT WHATEVER THEN THEY PUT THE BLACK BEANS ON THE SIDE LIKE ARE THEY SERIOUS WITH THAT ONE???‍THEN THEY GAVE ME THE SPICY CHEESE WHEN I ASKED FOR THE REGULAR IT WAS 24$ WHAT I ENDED UP PAYING FOR AND MYSELF AND SON COULDN'T EVEN EAT IT I HAVE DIABETES AND HAVE TO EAT VERY SOON AFTER I DO MY INSULIN SO IM VERY UPSET ABOUT THIS AND THE SAD PART IS I ORDER FROM THEM(THE SAME ORDER EVERY TIME) MULTIPLE TIMES A WEEK NOW THEY LOST A GOOD CUSTOMER I KNOW IT DON'T MATTER TO THEM BUT BEWARE IF YOU WANT IT AT LATE DINNER BECAUSE YOUR GONNA BE DISAPPOINTED AS WELL GO TO A DIFFERENT TACO PLACE

We had a big order for 6 people. All of the food came out wrong! Taco were supposed to be soft but came out hard, supposed to not have tomatoes or onions, everything had them, we ordered a large cheese, never received! One taco was supposed to have a side rice and beans! Instead, they took cheese and meat off taco and gave my mother just taco rice and lettuce!They just need to pay attention to orders more! Tijuana flats was completely empty. We were only customers, and they couldn't get our order right!

Tijuana Flats across from the Hospital has been one of our go to restaurants for taco Tuesday. They have had a turnover of employees recently, and the service was terrible last time we were there. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. We ordered two of the taco Tuesday deals, got our cups from them with our drinks, and once the food came out, they only brought out one order. They argued with me about only having rung one order up, but I told them we both stood there at the register and ordered and both got a drink. I told them because it was their mistake, I'd like them to bring me my order. I waited a half hour and talked to 2 people before finally a manager came over, and I told him I wasn't going to explain to yet a third person what happened, and that I just wanted my tacos. My other party was almost finished with his food before I got mine, and then mine was terrible. Everything had LOTS of salt on it and seemed like someone poured salt on it on purpose, the taco meat tasted burnt and had black beans in it, which they never have in their taco meat. I think one of the employees tampered with my meal. We had planned on going to a movie after we ate, but had to cancel due to the very bad customer service and everything running behind because of this. We are going to go back to the location on Clark until something is done about this. We won't be returning.
