I have never experienced such slow service anywhere. The process for taking orders, making drinks, and serving food at this restaurant desperately needs to be revamped and streamlined. It is incredibly slow and inefficient. I waited in a long line for 10 minutes that didn't seem to be moving, but eventually gave up and went somewhere else.

Terrible experience. The staff was rude and seemed disinterested in their work. I will not be coming back. The manager needs to address the problems with this restaurant.

Each table was littered with dirty cups and plates. The staff were very slow and not very friendly, leading one to believe they may not enjoy their jobs due to being understaffed. The restaurant is in desperate need of a competent manager and more efficient and energetic staff. There was a long line, and at the end, a burnt sandwich and incorrect coffee order were served.

Called in to sample a festive Colin the Caterpillar hot chocolate and although the drink was lovely the rude and miserable demenur of the older man serving behind the counter and also the young girl cleaning tables and the trays spoiled the experience. Seriously don't work in hospitality if you can't be polite and raise a smile. Will not be returning in a hurry.

Recently, we have found M&S Café in Yeovil very disappointing. The quality of food is poor we ordered a jacket potato and it was uncooked properly. Also, the menu is very limited and items are often unavailable from 1pm onwards. The service takes a very long time and there is obviously not enough staff. Tables are left, sometimes stacked, with dirty cutlery, dishes and cups. The queue time is on average 20 minutes and the food can take up to 30 minutes to arrive. The quality of food and drinks are average.
