We enjoyed it so much that we returned on Saturday for pizza and more drinks. The pizzas were fantastic with a thin crust and generous toppings. I highly recommend this place!
Charging an extra £2.40 for a small gluten-free base is disappointing. It's unacceptable to take advantage of people with coeliac disease. Paying £10.40 for a tiny margherita pizza is outrageous. I won't be returning and would recommend other coeliacs try Pizza Pasta Mondo in Yeovil or make their own pizza at home.
I can't quite pinpoint what makes this place so unsatisfying. The atmosphere is cold and unwelcoming. The double espresso I ordered was weak and topped with froth that was more fitting for a dessert than a coffee. The service is lackluster and far from friendly. However, the cakes on display look tempting and there is a good variety to choose from. Up until recently, there hasn't been much competition in the area. I have visited this place around six or seven times since it opened, but today will be my last.
We have been a few times, it’s becoming a bit of a local for us so we’ve tried breakfast, lunch and supper now! The food has always been great, service always friendly so we keep going back. My only gripe is the seating isn’t comfortable. The tables in the back of the restaurant feel a bit squashed together and it’s a bit dark. Also, a few more wipe downs of the tables between customers wouldn’t go a miss.
Living in Crewkerne, we are very lucky to have great places to eat all around us. Number Seven has joined those ranks and even the wine bar is great value with selections of local beers and pizzas available too.The staff are great even when busy. We wish the business every success.
