Cyril's Tea Room And Vintage Emporium

Met here with a friend for breakfast. The full English option was fresh and hot served with a generous portion of buttered wholemeal toast. First coffee was lukewarm but was readily replaced with a hotter version. Service was friendly and efficient. The restaurant was playing 1950s/60s pop music which added to a slightly quirky (but nevertheless pleasant) ambience. A veggie option could have been included.

I’m a regular here however the reviews speak for themselves. The cafe ambience and decor is much improved now, it was nice before but it’s less busy looking now and just has a calming feel which i prefer. They’ve introduced a nice touch of little retro games on each table too. I cannot fault any of the waitresses, they are all so lovely, friendly and clearly hard workers. It seems as if the staff are a little family who work together and respect each other and it shows. Will continue to return.. forever! Thank you for all that you do.

Beautiful breakfast, ample food. Lovely coffee and tea served in a gorgeous teapot. Staff really helpful and accommodating- we arrived an hour before opening but staff offered to put their ovens and hot plates on so we could have breakfast. Highly recommend and would definitely go back when in the area again. Thank you

The food at this restaurant is fantastic, and the service is impeccable. I highly recommend trying the breakfast omelette. The staff is very friendly, especially Lily.
