Papa John's Pizza - South Staffordshire

This was my 1st and my last visit to Papa Johns! As for the customer experience...there isn't any! The staff can't speak, can't look at you, can't... well create an experience. Staff coughing over food, poor hygiene control and poor manners. People waiting for food for ages, and even they saw their names on the boxes kept under a hot lamp until a member of staff decided they would now give the food out! Let's talk about the pizza, it is nice, with the hope no one coughed over it, but where in earth is the topping!!! Are you for real with the portion control?! Everyone might as well just have a margarita! So as I said, never again, I expected better. And the staff member with a cough, cover your mouth or wear a mask and don't cough over food!

Having read some of the reviews, I think some are a bit unfair. Who expects pizza to be delivered at the exact time they say? It 's a logistical nightmare and if it 's 20 minutes late so what? They aren 't just bringing your order! Delivery drivers always friendly, food always hot and well balanced. No complaints, and we have been using for a while. Try tipping the driver who is doing a difficult job and think of him as a human being!

Last year , we moved our Pizza purchasing from Domino 's at Tettenhall to Papa John 's in Codsall their advertising of ' better ingredients , better pizzas ' appealed to us , and initially we were moderately pleased with our move . My wife and I might buy a large pizza every month or so as a treat , but over the last 2 3 orders we have noticed a massive decline in quality , and the perceived value for money is now very poor . The main complaint is the minimal amount of toppings last night our 'Sausage and Pepperoni ' pizza had one small ball crumb of sausage meat , and no more than 2 slivers of Pepperoni per slice . Surely a major chain like Papa John 's set exacting dish specifications for every product so that their staff know what is expected of them , and their customers receive consistently high standards . Currently it looks as if the Codsall customers are being fleeced at the expense of the Papa John 's reputation .

Extremely horrific customer service, they made an error with our order and flat out refused to do anything about it and hung up the phone on us when we where trying to complain

Ordered a BBQ chicken pizza along with two sides. The pizza was not what I ordered not even sure what it was. The bacon and cheese tots had no cheese and three pieces of bacon that covered the 10 tots in the box. The sweet chilli and cheese sticks were nothing more than hard bread covered in some cheese and the whole thing was cold and had to be warmed up in the microwave. Probably the worst pizza that I have ever had. I find it staggering that if you order the same order from Papa Johns at Hafan Y Mor, it could not be more different. The Codsall branch needs to take some tips as we will not be wasting our money again.
