Contribuisci feedbackThis is a review of the Cafe at Southport Sharks. I didn't feel like cooking lunch for myself one day, so I decided to go to Sharks, which is nearby, to try some of their food. I became a member (it only cost a few dollars for a year membership) and went to the Cafe. It was a good sign to see a bit of a queue. I ordered the chicken salad and a cappuccino. The coffee was okay, but the food was amazing! The salad was under $15 with the membership discount, and it was delicious. The chef took great care in assembling the dish, and it was so tasty. The salad came in a large bowl with chicken, pine nuts, avocado, and more beautifully layered on top of lettuce and other salad leaves. I finished the whole bowl and made sure to tell the waitress and the management how much I enjoyed my meal so they could let the chef know. I hope they did because it's rare to find a restaurant or cafe where the chef takes such pride and care in creating a simple dish into something unforgettable. Order this salad, you won't be disappointed! I even took a picture to post with my review, but I'm not sure how to do that on my phone. I'll figure it out though! - Jess PTW
