Starbucks - South West London

Expensive but I expected that. Everything was OK. Banana bread was dried out and poor quality and the staff could try smiling but minor problems really as I was gagging for a coffee and a little munch. Ham and cheese toasty was good.

A joy to be served today, not only do I start the day with a great breakfast, but was served by a great Batista. Fantastic service

Chai lattes! The London locations (Starbucks?) have the best chai lattes I've ever tasted, whether with soy, oat, or full cream. I really enjoy my chai spicy and not too sweet.

The service was quick, although it was a bit loud, making it hard to hear the staff. The interior is quite simple and not particularly cozy, but it gets the job done for the purpose of dining.

While this coffee shop may seem similar to others, it holds a deeper significance for me. After a very frustrating morning when I was trying to complete my work, I decided to stop by the nearest coffee shop. I ordered the largest coffee available and a chocolate croissant. Behind the anti-COVID glass, the barista, masked but friendly, asked if she could take my order. It's moments like these that remind me of the kindness of people. Even though tomorrow may hold its own challenges, a single day can still be filled with meaningful afternoons and evenings. The mask may cover our faces, but it doesn't hide our emotions; a small gesture can mean the world to someone. Thank you for this experience.
