Domino's Pizza - South Yarmouth

Just a warning for anyone considering ordering from this restaurant: if you don't leave a tip, they will add one on their own, and it might not be what you expect. This has happened to me twice now. Keep an eye on your bank account, as I’ve had to dispute these charges. I plan to escalate this issue because it’s unacceptable for them to arbitrarily decide what tip they deserve, especially when they’ve gone well past the delivery window and failed to follow instructions.

Staff is friendly most of them are accommodating. Food is always delicious. It's my favorite Domino's in the area.

So never done a review on them but need to now, one time few months back, ordered from wrong location in Yarmouth, after realizing this, the manager said go pick it up at the other store, even though it was to be delivered. Know help of any kind.Today we used a special that was to be part of our order (second time this has happened) after placing the order and realizedthe price did not reflect the special, called the manager he said (you must have done it wrong, nothing he could do) I asked ifhe started my order he said yes, I was going to cancel. Customer service sucks!!

I can't rely on the quality at this restaurant. My last visit was fantastic, but this time it was disappointing. And they expect a tip? Here’s my advice: be consistent. Make the pie as requested and don’t overcook it. If you’re having a bad day, that’s not my problem. I should have picked up on the signs better. No excuses.

I typically don't leave reviews for places like this, but I feel compelled to share my experience due to the inconsistent food quality and how unwell I felt afterward. I usually order Domino's when my nieces and nephews are over since they have simple tastes. However, in my last three orders, the quality has varied significantly: one time it was delicious, the next it was decent but lacked sauce, and the last time, which I ordered yesterday, was incredibly greasy. I got a medium pizza with bacon, mushrooms, and pepperoni, and the grease seeped through the entire box. We had to clean off the table after we decided to throw it away, hoping the stain on the wood would come out. The pizza was overloaded with cheese, making it impossible to pick up without everything sliding off. We ended up using forks and knives. After just one piece each, we all experienced horrible stomach aches for the rest of the day and night. I've never felt so sick from pizza, especially from just one slice.
