Dunkin' - Southampton

The service here is incredibly fast and friendly, even on busy days. The donuts are always fresh, and the drinks really quench my thirst. It's a fantastic spot to grab a bite!

I've been a regular at this restaurant for nearly 12 years. It used to be a cozy spot for breakfast, but things have taken a turn lately. There are always long lines, not due to its popularity, but because of a lack of staff. The older gentleman who has been making sandwiches for a long time seems unwilling to prioritize customer satisfaction. I'd love to update my review if they hire more help, since the food has always been consistently good; otherwise, it's just a frustrating experience.

This place is not good, I asked for a cup of water and the woman working there told me to stop being so thirsty.... extremely rude, then I came in 2 weeks later with my niece and nephew and they are 13 month old twins and they wanted to see the donuts so I sat them on the counter and the same lady told me to get them off the counter, this is Dunkin ' Donuts, not a donut zoo I then asked her if I did anything wrong and she told me that she only did this because she saw when I pulled in to the parking lot that I had a trump sticker on my car.... that 's discrimination and I hope everyone boycotts this liberal cult. They have the best chocolate donuts and jelly sometimes too.coolingcoolatas are the best with topped off whip cream yummy. Thats if there made right lol there wise I trash it .?

A group of younger kids came in asking for a drink, and the cashier—whose name I don't know—harshly scolded them and tried to force them to leave. One of the boys was short a dollar, so I kindly gave him one. They had a hard time placing their order, mainly due to the employee's visible frustration. Once they left, the employee turned her ire towards me, a customer she recognized from my frequent visits. She scolded me for helping the boy and claimed I was undermining her reputation. I calmly explained that I was simply trying to help someone who needed a dollar. It seemed like she had some past issues with him, but I had never witnessed any interactions between them during my many visits. The way she handled the situation was incredibly rude, insulting, and unprofessional. I plan to speak with customer service to address this matter, and I won’t be returning to this location until it is resolved. Her behavior was thoroughly disappointing and unacceptable.
