Contribuisci feedbackLet me just start with the food being great. When I called tonight to order our dinner, I was told they wouldn't deliver to my address. I quickly gogled and confirmed that they are only 4 minutes and less than 2 miles away. I knew they had delivered us on previous occasions. I called back to ask about it, thought it was a wrong communication, but they said they did not deliver to my postal code (18974). The person who took my call (very professional and nice btw) said it was the manager's lead, so I asked to talk to them. I was in the hands of 15 minutes in what time I had gone to the restaurant and back, but they do not accept pickup. I waited for the manager and ordered from Maggio. You must have lost a customer!
This place was formerly great, recently ordered after a while, not going there and was very disappointed at that time. Was over cooked and not better than a big pizza chain.
The color purple pizza is great. The change in delivery is only overwhelming. No lock, no exit. For the owner: Ouch is right! I can't get this pizza if I want to hang out in a parking lot because I don't live in your delivery area. I can't even go back to your building and throw someone in my trunk.
We drove 10 direct hours of Michigan waiting with little food to get to the hotel. have not been sleeping in 24 hours We were thrilled to get our meal. After adding honey mustard to our $40 order that I paid from PayPal online and text with disc there was no problem. After an hour and 20 minutes, I called out where the order is and they said they had canceled. They won't give us 3.4 mi of them. I explain the circumstances and how close we are. They had no desire to help and then hanged on me.... I've never been treated like a restaurant in my life. So little respect for people. Just terrible people at Logans... Where I come from such people, our hard-earned money doesn't deserve.
After waiting for my order and being overcharged for a burger, I canceled. Owner hung up on me not one not twice . Three times. There are plenty of nice establishments who I can patronized . Hard no for returning ? Alex needs a course in customer service skills .
