The Plaza Cafe - Southampton

We loved it ? food was outrageous. Probably best food we have had in Southampton. I?d say more like the versus the range. Which is fine. Was about 325 for two adults and a toddler. Great place, great staff, exceptional food.

Absolutely Amazing! Chef put every bit of love into each dish he prepared. From the octopus to the seafood shepherds pie and wagyu steak and completing it with apple pecan cake could not have been tastier!! The bartender made delicious espresso martinisand our night was absolutely perfect!

We had the most delicious meal at The Plaza Cafe in Southampton! It was by far the best meal we had on the island! Chef owner Doug has a hands on creative approach to a wide variety of dining options. Our server hostess Sam went above beyond to besure our experience was top notch! Our delightful, romantic evening by the fireplace was a night to remember!

When you walk in to the restaurant with a mask on and everyone looks at your like you?re weird because there was no longer a mandate. Oops lol It was a quiet Friday evening and Plaza Café is conveniently located near my friend?s house there in SouthHampton. Being off season, there has been very little traffic and people on the streets. There were only 3 other parties in therestaurant when we walked in. This place is cute, private, has great good food, and service. Their menu is very small, but Iwas still having trouble deciding what I wanted to eat for dinner. Finally decided on the Tile fish?.Yeah I know, I was like.Was told that they?re like human beings because they eat just about anything in the sea. No idea if that?s true or not, but I?lltake it. The dish was light and full of flavor. Tried some of my friend?s Salmon/Udon dish and I actually think his was thebetter choice. The salmon went very well with the udon. Noodles were kind of firm and juices full of flavor. Plenty of parkingin their private lot. Looks like they may share it with businesses/hotel in the area. I?d eat here again. The décor and feelwas okay, nothing amazing or memorable.

The hostess abd her wait staff were on point! Very attentive, but didn't hover. The fish was so perfectly cooked better than excellent! Kudos to the chef, who came around to make sure everything was to our liking, and it was! Everything was excellent!!
