I wouldn't try.
Rude behaviour, poor service and average food with so much delay.we just had 3 options for main course,2 options were pasta..I ordered steak which was another option.Small steak with so much fries like pub.Simply the restaurant is just show off. This place enjoys to make people wait and doesn’t worth at all.We never go back.
After taking a few hours to compose my thoughts here 's where I 'm at.A few friends and I went to the restaurant tonight for dinner, we were met by a man who seemed to be annoyed by our presence. Upon seating us and bringing the menus my friend asked about gluten free options or substitutes as she has celiac disease. The man then started to belittle her by stating that she should read the menu (of which gf was not mentioned), followed by why do you even bother going out ?He then stated that he would ask the chef. Upon return he said that everything would be fine except the breaded chicken. When questioned further about seeing an ingredient list, he became aggressive and told her that small restaurants do not need to provide anything. She explained that a lot of seasoning have gluten which would make her sick for weeks to come and just requesting the ingredients would help her to make an informed decision. She requested to speak with a manager after continuously being cut off and spoken down to, and the man stepped back while smacking his chest like a cave man stating he was in charge. He began to raise his voice with her while ripping the menu from her hands. He told us to leave as we clearly would not be satisfied there. This owner has zero customer service and even less hospitality skills if you are unable to provide simple information about dietary restrictions. Not worth your time.
I rarely leave reviews, but after a horrible experience I felt compelled to warn people to STAY AWAY from this place. We went here for dinner and after leaving a generous tip for absolutely terrible service the owner came to our table and reprimanded me that the tip wasn't enough infront of everyone. This was extremely unprofessional and absolutely uncalled for. The service was terrible, any questions about the menu seemed to be a burden to answer. We asked if it was ok for two people to join us late and with much hesitation they agreed but would not serve them food. A tip was not even deserved but I still left one.. I would NOT recommend anyone ever go to this place. I can't believe they're still in business treating people this way. I wish I could give a lower rating.
Fantastic meal, Gideon waited on us fantastically, Noelle Barone (chef/owner) whipped up a wonderful fried burrata for appetizer and then two phenomenal pastas (carbonara, all amatriciana)... Simply fantastic! Must try if you're in town for a great meal, awesome ambiance, great selection of wine and cocktails. Reasonable pricing too!*Updated 23jun2022* Noelle was working shorthanded but the menu somehow got better. Can't say enough good things about the homemade bread and the fresh Burrata special!
