Tim Horton's - Southampton

I thought it was standard that if you went through the drive thru with a decent order they would give you a day-old timbit for your dog. All the other Tim Horton's do, but not this one. They wanted to charge me for it! Despicable!...Nothing but greed and a callous disregard for customer relationship.

We get coffee and baked goods here regularly when in Southampton - don't be discouraged by the long drive-through lines,,,they move things along quickly! Coffee is great and everything else!

Really seems to struggle on the weekends with a long drive thru line and line up out the door in the mornings. Please reconfigure inside the store lines and have a "Coffee ONLY" line. Or have one person making up double - double, black and regular coffee. You got to pick er up and start moving people through. Staff are friendly and try hard, but others are frustrated and less tolerable with tourist. It is generally clean and Tims is Tims with the cookie cutter foods and pastries.

We dropped in for coffee. .great service, hot coffee and delicious donuts. The staff were very friendly and the service was fast and good.

We love the coffee and the many kinds of sandwiches. And the free WiFi is great because our cottage has no WiFi. Friendly staff and consistently good food. Love their muffins too especially fruit explosion.
