Domino's Pizza - Southampton

Ordered pizza for collection over the phone. When I reached they said its in the oven. After 10 mins they said, did you order here or somewhere else, I rang the last number and it was ringing there. Then the staff said his colleague didn't give the correct price so didn't put the order. Lies after lies. Very unprofessional management and staff. This shop and staff will need to get atleast a minimum training or they will bring the Dominos brand down. I would say any corner shop guys will behave much better than these Dominos staff at The Avenue Southampton. Avoid Avoid Avoid. These lot will spoil everything.

Always a nice pizza. They do good deals if you collect e.g. buy one get one free, but even if order by phone/online to collect, there is still often a wait (I think they prioritise deliveries first), but given the 50% discount and fact the pizzas are always nice it's okay.

No words needed really, but Tripsdvisor says I have to. Pizza was fabulous, not for my waste line, but it was good. The driver didn’t seem to understand much, but he delivered a hot pizza, to the right person, at the right time. I’m not sure I could do that in his country! In fact I couldn’t! All in all very good thanks.

Staying in the hotel opposite, so popped over to grab a pizza. Wasn't sure if they accepted walk ins because of COVID,but we were greeted with big smiles from the team and welconed in. The extremly helpful guy at the counter explained that they did not have a menu for us to look at, but he carefully went through our options once we gave him an idea of the toppings we like and guided us to our perfect choices. We came back in 20 minutes and our pizzas were waiting for us. The young man then politely asked me to go to the counter so he could pass the pizzas to me. Can't fault this place for its amazing staff, from the guy on the counter, smiling polite staff inside and happy drivers outside. Well done Dominos on your staff training, especially in these difficult times. By the way, the pizzas were delicous. Highly recommend Jane and Sue
