Would be 5 stars but for the location by a main junction. The actual place is run by a great team, very welcoming, chatty attentive. Had the fish chips which I must say was one of the best I’ve tasted. Other dishes coming out also looked very good will be back to sample those next time. Altogether, a great ding drinking experience.

Pre theatre meal, I’ve read the reviews below and I’m not sure if the chef or management changed but I totally disagree with the bad reviews. The restaurant was very busy but we were seated promptly, drinks order was taken within minutes of being seated even thou you could see they were extremely busy. We ordered the the skewers to start these were lush so tasty, main course came out perfectly timed and my partner was looking for salt I taste my bolognaise as it didn’t need any further seasoning it was seasoned to perfection. We really enjoyed our meal and the hosts a husband and wife die were spot on. We will deffo return.

We were greeted with a warm welcome and smiles which was a welcome relief after a long day of travelling! We couldn’t fault our experience and Tuesday (our server) was brilliant!! Food was perfect with our recommendation of the fish and chips and loaded fries. The toilets were also clean and well presented. Great place to enjoy.

I was so impressed by the friendly owner and accommodating nature of the place. We wanted pizza and we were a bit late to order, but the owner went out of his way to accommodate us hungry beaaaaaaatches!
