Contribuisci feedbackWhat a joke, ordered online for 1215, phoned at 1225 to chase and again at 1245 to be told it hadn’t yet been delivered therefore had to cancel. What a waste of time will not ever use again!
Our pizza was out for delivery for 50 mins with five other orders. It was cold when it got here. When I called to ask where our pizzas were, I was told they were closing so they couldn’t do anything about it. Ermmmm what?! Really bad service, bad food and a poorly run franchise.
Awful cold pizza with over an hours wait on a Thursday evening for 1 pizza! Very disappointed wont be ordering from here again.....
I ordered a Philly Steak pizza, but there's so little beef that it's like eating a cheese pizza with bell pepper.
My husband ordered 2 large all the meats pizza one with vegan cheese and BBQ sauce with other one with stuffed crust. We order through the app but there was a technical glitch and the pizza with the vegan cheese and BBQ sauce was made as a original all the meats. My husband has a lactose intolerance and we needed it to be changed. We phoned the Totton branch and we were told that the app has never had a glitch and it was our error. My husband did check the order before putting it in. After 5 mins of arguing to the person on the phone, we would then told that a pizza with what we originally ordered would be ready but we had to collect it from the store despite us paying for a delivery service and they also wanted the wrong pizza back so that they can replace it with the new one. I drove to the store in Totton, to be then be greeted by a very rude member of staff who was also the same person that we spoke on the phone. The staff member told me that he now didn't want the wrong pizza after telling me several times on the phone that he wanted it. He also went on to say that he didn't want to send out any drivers because he would have to pay them. I mentioned that we paid for a delivery service and that I shouldn't need to drive all the way to the store . His response was at least you got a free pizza. I complained to Papa johns through their website regarding this issue and I received a email from their customer service team, saying they refuse to talk to me due to the order being placed in my husband's email than mine and that they would be breaking data protection rules talking to me, even though we both dealt with the rude staff member in question. After all this I would not recommend ordering from papa johns.
