Spice - Southampton

I ordered through Just Eat and the estimated time was 17.40, but when I arrived it changed to 6.10. Unfortunately, when I got to the restaurant, it was closed. I had to stand outside in the rain and call them, but they just looked at me and told me to come back in 10 minutes. They could have just opened the doors and let me in. The food was not worth the wait. Don't waste your money here.

If you think you might be hungry in the next 2-3 hours then you should have ordered yesterday..... The food took over 2 hours to come.. the delivery driver was extreamly rude. The gave us the wrong rice and the food was luke warm.. my baby actually has hotter baths.. The kids were so hungry they had to eat a pot noodle. AVOID AVOID AVOID

I was given wrong items, cold (despite living three roads away), naan bread was CREMATED and like cardboard, poppadoms were greasy, butter chicken tasted of NOTHING, boiled rice not pilau. 99% inedible!!! I phoned to complain, he took food back, I complained to just eat, but the takeaway only offered £9 Back from my order as I had “tasted” some of it. I will make it my life mission to ensure every person local or otherwise, knows how appalling this place is. Gives curry and customer service a bad name!!!

Ordered food at 19.30.. It arrived at 21.00 disgusting... And when the food did Arrive it was cold.. Might think twice about ordering from them aha

I ordered food at 7.30pm to get it Extension on time 20mins extra. it still hadn't Arrived for 9.00pm terrible Service they don't even ring you to tell you that its going to be that long. Disgrace.. All well and good it maybe busy if so Employ more people
