A nice dinner served by friendly staff with a nice atmosphere

When we got there they didn’t have our booking, I said I booked through open table and they had no record of it, must be something wrong your end you need to fix luckily they could fit us in, good food, great service, and friendly atmosphere

Firstly, the table correctly booked on-line, did not reach the Pub and hence on arrival we had no table. We had to wait a short time. Service was very slow. We had to ask twice for water to be delivered to table. Waitress was unfamiliar with deserts. The desert ordered which we were told was new to the menu was a disaster. It was like a piece of frozen arctic roll with a a scoop of ice cream on top covered with some meringue. It should not have been served. It should be removed from the menu.

We have had dinner many times here. The food is very good as is the ambiance. Service was fast and attentive without being too much. I would definitely recommend this gastro pub.

This is a great place to meet friends or entertain business clients. Good food, extensive menu and great atmosphere.
