I have ordered multiple times from this restaurant but today will be the last. My order was incorrect - I received lamb instead of chicken, and the rice and onion bhajis were cold. When I called the takeaway to address the issue, the response I received was dismissive, with the person simply saying "oh dear" and denying that the food was cold. This is not the first time I have had this issue with them. I am now on the lookout for a new place to order from.

The restaurant's name perfectly describes the experience - a complete mystery! I placed an order online for 2 main meals, 1 rice, and a naan, but when I opened the order, the food was completely wrong. When I called the manager, he was very rude and laughed on the phone, seemingly unconcerned. He mentioned that my correct dishes were waiting for me to pick up, without offering an apology for the mix-up. It's a shame because I hadn't encountered any issues until recently, but this is now the third time in the past year that there has been a problem.

I visited this takeaway for the second time today and ordered 2 chicken kormas with plain rice, 2 keema naans, and a lamb biryani for only £22. The food was of excellent quality, really tasty, and the portions were a good size. I will definitely be ordering from here again soon.

Been using this takeaway for over a year spending at least £40 a time , NEVER AGAIN the manager took my order when I called back to ask for extra poppadoms and To confirm yogurt dips come with starters I ordered he had already hun up on me Before I finished to speak waited over and hour and my Saag ponir was not Delivered neither was one of the rice we paid for and he couldn’t care less and he said I have to pay extra for any dips !!!! Absolutely disgusting service

Last night, we ordered a takeaway to be delivered. Only half the order arrived after 1 hour. 3 hours and 2 phone calls later, still no food and told no refund!!! A complete 'rip off ', would not touch with a barge pole.
