The ingredients seemed low quality and haphazardly thrown together on the plate. I couldn't find anything to justify the high expense. Even my dog refused to eat some of the food and ended up vomiting twice.
I visited this restaurant on Sunday with my family for breakfast. It was afternoon and not many places were open, so we decided to try this place. The first impression was that it was clean and a typical café. The prices were reasonable and the menu offered standard café items such as fry ups, eggs benedict, and bacon sandwiches. The food didn't take too long to come out, but unfortunately, the fry ups were only warm, the bacon was undercooked, the eggs were overcooked, and the hash browns were not crispy. My cousin ordered eggs benedict, which took longer to arrive, but she seemed to enjoy it. Overall, the food was just okay. I personally wouldn't choose to come back here, but I wouldn't rule it out for the future. Perhaps next time I'll try something different from the menu.
We decided to give a local café a try and were pleasantly surprised by the good value of their budget breakfast. The meal included bacon, sausage, beans, mushrooms, fresh tomatoes, and toast - all well presented and hot. The two poached eggs with toast were a bit excessive with three thick slices of toast each. However, to each their own. The café lacked a professional espresso machine, so the latte left something to be desired. Overall, for two meals and two hot drinks, all for under ten pounds, it was a good deal.
Not as good as before, tinted tomaten were very almost pure, the fried brot swim in cooking oil, harrows were good, beans fine, chic ok, bean coffee all ok, I think there are better caffes in shirley
Be prepared for cold sausages cold bacon and they charge extra £1 for coffee which is supposed to be included in the set price!
