All was cooked well, came out hot and tasted good. The side of Mac and cheese was pretty bland and the coleslaw was a little too tangy for my taste. Overall we left satisfied. I'd eat there again and try the other sides they have to offer.
I always enjoy Abbay. Especially the sweet potato casserole. Anytime your facility is clean, you have tasty food and staff is friendly and professional, but I'll always come back. Great place for tasty vegetables.
I treated my two roommates to lunch today and we decided to go to Abbays, as I had only been to the Olive Branch location before. I ordered fish with cabbage and fried spicy broccoli, while my roommates got beef tips with their sides. A fourth person joined us and had baked chicken. The tea was fresh, the restaurant was clean, and the staff was friendly. I have enjoyed both of my visits to Abbays.
Oh wow, this place was fantastic. I would say the ordering process is similar to Chipotle. You pick your main protein from a wide selection, then choose your sides from an equally extensive list. The prices are fair, the portions are just right (thankfully not too much, but you can order more if you're really hungry). The staff appear to genuinely enjoy their work, which translated into excellent customer service. But let's talk about the food...it took me to a whole new level of taste, where it was just me and my plate, drifting among the stars.
I recently tried Abbay's for the first time and I must say, they have gained a loyal customer in me! I ordered the Baked Wings with three vegetable sides: double broccoli, rice casserole, and green beans. Along with my meal, I received a roll, cornbread, and a medium Hi-C fruit punch to drink. Everything was fresh and delicious, seasoned perfectly but not overly salty. The chicken was moist and flavorful. I highly recommend giving Abbay's a try, you won't be disappointed!
