Fazoli's - Southaven

We were traveling through to grab something quick to eat. We haven't been to a Fazoli in awhile. The food was as expected for fast Italian.We were most impressed with the staff. They were courteous, and professional. They did a good job getting the food out quickly and keeping the dine in area clean.It was so great to see young people working hard and taking their jobs seriously. Keep up the good work!

Worst customer service and decent food at best WOULD AVOIDAs a dine in experience the staff were very unfriendly and unapproachable. They cared more about getting the cleaning done two hours early or being in their phone to notice customers needs. They served food as to go orders instead of the normal fazolis experience. When given salads and cups we were not even given a tray to carry our food. The staff did not check on us the first time when you are supposed to get unlimited breadsticks. The air was turned down to 60 degrees and all the employees were wearing jackets. After our experience we can assume this was to deter customers from dining in.

Staff was very friendly. Dining room was very clean.

Great place to eat. The dining area is very clean and the food is phenomenal. I love the fettuccine Alfredo. The service is very quick and polite.

Love eating here for lunch great food, great service, and very clean.
