Hibachi Xpress - Southaven

I got shrimp fried rice and a salmon cucumber sushi roll. Both were delicious and fresh! It took 15 minutes and my food was ready to go.

The food was fresh and the vegetables great. I wish that they add more vegetables like celery, bean sprouts, or peas. That would be great. Overall, the rice was fresh and good. I hate old precooked rice but this restaurant always came through on fresh rice. Oh, the steak is Amazing!

Don't know what all the other people are complaining about. I order takeout here regularly and never have any problems. Never seen any roaches, the guy taking orders is always nice and polite to me. The food is always hot and fresh and tastes good and the prices are hard to beat. They also have a huge menu to choose from.
