Contribuisci feedbackI had a positive experience with the customer service, but I was really disappointed with my order. I paid extra for additional meat, but I definitely didn't get what I expected. I was aware that they don’t typically serve a lot of meat, but the fact that I paid more and still received what should be considered a regular portion is frustrating!
I’ve been a regular at Lenny’s, but it’s time for me to move on. This is the second time I've received an order that didn’t measure up to my previous experiences. The bacon on my sandwich didn't seem cooked or heated at all, which was really unpleasant. Biting into a sandwich and only tasting solid bacon fat was quite disappointing. I’m very let down and won’t be ordering from here again. The quality is no longer what it used to be, so I recommend saving your time and money.
Absolutely the best customer service I've experienced in years! The staff were incredibly sweet and friendly. I will definitely return to this place! While the food is typically consistent across similar restaurants, it's really the people that set this one apart.
I love this place they have the best subs, I usually get the chicken Philly Philly cheesesteak no lettuce or tomato on either. put some ranch dressing on it and thank me later
We came in and ordered the fajita chicken and Philly cheesesteak, medium size. The interior was clean, service was quick, and the wait time for our subs wasn?t that long. However, the quality was subpar. The chicken fajita was inedible due to how salty it was (and I like salt). The Philly cheesesteak was dry and underwhelming.
