Mc Alister's Deli - Southaven

I enjoyed my sandwich, but I was a bit disappointed because it mostly consisted of 9-grain bread with just a few veggies—I'd expected more vegetables. While I liked the bread, I was hoping for a heartier portion of veggies. As a non-meat eater, I'm not sure I would choose to eat here again. The others seemed to enjoy their meals well enough. The presentation was nice, the staff was friendly, and the restaurant was clean.

I spent $30 on my takeout order and asked for more ranch sour cream, only to be told it would cost extra. The staff stood around, debating over my ticket instead of just helping me. They even called the manager over to discuss it. This location is quite petty, and I wouldn't recommend it. Just a heads up: they only provide you with a half-filled cup of sour cream for a large potato.

The service at this restaurant is decent, and the dining area is generally clean. However, they seem to change their menu almost every time I visit, which makes it difficult to know what’s available, and they no longer serve some of my favorite dishes. When I do order what I want, I find the prices to be on the high side, and I’ve often received the wrong items. Additionally, this location constantly plays Fox News on the TV, which can be quite distracting as it tends to stir up conversations among the diners around us. I wish restaurants would refrain from showing the news so I could enjoy my meal more peacefully.

Ordered choose 2 that included a sandwich and salad. They put them both in the same tray, and they we?re both sloppy made. Didn?t receive utensils or salad dressing to be able to eat and the tea was nasty. Called to the store about it, and it wasn?t a big deal to them what they had done. Never will I patronize them again.

I had steak and pepper sandwich it was too tough to chew,I order 2 cups of broccoli soup one cup was good one cup was water down. Also order prime rib sandwich got a oranges cranberry club sandwich I was very disappointed after spending almost $50.00 I tried calling them to tell them about my problem no one answered then phone hangup. Fifty dollars down the drain not satisfied at all. The only reason I gave them a 3 because of service
