Mcdonald's - Southaven

There was a lot of swearing happening behind the counter as the staff continued to talk about being short-staffed and overwhelmed with DoorDash orders. It seemed like none of their supplies were available.

The food is consistently delicious! Quick service and a clean dining environment.

Rude, just flat out rude. Customer service is very bad and the order was all wrong. That's what happen when you hire children dad to say. How are you gonna have me wait for cold food and don't give me everything I ordered. 40.00 down the drain.

I ate in the restaurant with three other people. The food was served cold, which I found confusing. The fries were undercooked. I can only imagine how bad the food would be if ordered through the drive-thru if the dine-in experience was this terrible.

McDonalds is McDonalds. All over the world, they are the same, the food is the same and the overworked,underpaid staff are the same. Managers are overpaid and under trained.
