Olive Garden Italian - Southaven

Had a fantastic experience at this Southaven restaurant. We celebrated a family birthday with a party of 16 and our waitress, Kaylee C., was exceptional. Her wonderful personality showed that she truly enjoyed her job. Kaylee made sure that our vegan guests had the correct salad dressings, which was crucial as six people in our group had dietary restrictions. The food was served promptly and was delicious. The manager, Benny, was professional and accommodating for our large party. From the friendly hostess to the kind staff, everyone was pleasant and welcoming. Although we typically frequent a location in Memphis, this was by far the best experience we've had. Keep up the great work. Thank you for making our birthdays memorable! After two years, Olive Garden has improved significantly. Our server was exceptional and the food was equally impressive - hot and fresh! It was the best dining experience we've had in a while. Just be sure to double-check your bill before paying. The server forgot to input the early dinner prices and only gave a 10% discount. When I asked her to fix it, she was hesitant to seek help from a manager. Once corrected, the difference in the bill was $45. Unfortunately, my noodles with chicken parmesan were cold and my mother couldn't eat her grilled chicken due to it being undercooked. Usually, we enjoy dining at Olive Garden, but this time it was a bit stressful and chaotic.

We had the best experience at this restaurant in a long time. The service was very quick and the food was delicious as always. It was a great way to spend Veterans Day with my wife.

I always like olive garden, this time it was no different. it was overcrowded, but as a small table we sat fast. our waitress was very good. we haven't waited long for our order and the quality was normal. I also like the tablets, they make it easy when they add or pay out an order.

Great experience in this restaurant in southaven. we had 16 people in our party for a family on the day our waitress, kaylee c. was amazing. she had a great personality you could tell her she loved her job. they ensured that some of our vegan peeps had the right salat dresses (so important when 6 of our group have this challenge.) eating was quickly served delicious. benny, the manager, was very professional for our big party. everyone was so nice when I called the hostess, was kind when we came to the farewell. we go to a Memphis location in the rule, but this experience was the best hands down. go on what you do here.
