Contribuisci feedbackI believe all fast-food restaurants should prioritize serving their customers hot, freshly-made food instead of items that have been sitting in a warming oven (sorry, McDonald's!) or heated in a microwave just to give the illusion of freshness. I understand that it’s called fast food, but when I go through the drive-thru during peak hours, I expect my meal to be hot. Customers have little patience during the lunch and dinner rush because they are on tight schedules. Also, it would be great if they stopped automatically tossing so many condiments into the bag! They should ask if customers actually need them when they order. This way, we wouldn't waste so many packets that just end up being thrown away once we get home. It’s such a wasteful practice!

I enjoyed my meal, but I received the wrong soda. Just a heads up: when I ask for orange soda, I'm referring to Fanta, not Hi-C punch.
Delicious, piping-hot food served in a remarkably timely manner.
I understand the line are long. But when you get to window at least you should have the correct order. Burger is always cold. If it was not for my 84 year mom loving a wendy burger every other day. I would not go there And the staff are unprofessional. I toss it up to the young generation. No values seem to matter.
