Panera Bread - Southbury

Basically what many people has said. Tables and floor are dirty most of the time. The food taste is decent but the portions don't justify the price. Small portions and pricey. That's why I barely stop at panera.

I?ve been to this Panera in the past many times and have always had great experiences here. I ordered the turkey avocado sandwich and it looked nothing like I?ve ever seen before it was torn up little tiny pieces of turkey almost like a chickensalad with no lettuce. I asked the people working in the back if they could give me another sandwich because it didn?t quitelook right. They proceeded to start talking about me right in front of them saying things like she?s not allowed to do that etc.They also never addressed my concern by responding to what I was saying. I was quite put off by this experience and won?t beback needless to say.

Servings are somewhat on the small side. Ordered a a chicken bowl Mediterranean and it was small for $12. Place was clean, cozy and coffee pitchers were full. Wifi adequate. Still recommended.

Clean and spacious. Plenty of parking as well. There are many electrical outlets as well which I find rare for Panera so that's nice. No more fighting over the electrical outlet. I ordered the Baja chicken mediterranean bowl. I've ordered this in the pastbut this time it was definitely smaller portion wise. Shrinkflation?

It has a decent layout and the food is good for a café. It is separate from the main shopping plaza so that is a plus. I usually order ahead and my order has always been on time and correct. The only criticism is that it is often not kept up as faras cleaning goes in comparison to all other panera's that I've been to
