Aroma House - Southend-on-Sea

This restaurant is absolutely stunning! It is a hidden gem. The cheesy chips are always delicious and they always get my order right, serving them hot and fresh. The fries and wings are a perfect mix of crispy, succulent, and flavorful. My order was ready in no time, and the service was excellent. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always had a smile on their faces. Thank you so much.

I was so shocked to take so few and not good reviews about these that I feel compelled to share my recent experience. in the early Saturday, wanted to order a meal for two. I wanted to order the food....Granted it was the more expensive per head) but I liked what it offers. the meal was probably one of the best meal times I ever had (there is usually a plate that they get that they can take or go). we had a lot to eat before we went out and came out again, what was left. I live about miles from this restaurant, but will drive happy to eat from here again.

When you order King Prawns with spring onions and ginger you expect to get spring onions. But it is filled with normal onions and over cooked more like a mush. When you call the manager who I can only describe as rude laughs at you...on the phone and says that king prawns with spring onions does not have spring onions in it. I would suggest that environmental health may want to pay a visit as the onions were obviously reheated and over cooked. Don’t know if under new management but lost a regular customer now.

I love this place, good food, always comes before the time mentioned, good value for money, very convenient
