China Village - Southend-on-Sea

I ordered a chicken dish with ginger, but there was no ginger. There were also many sweets that were not listed on the menu. The food was too heavy and it seemed like the meat was boiled in overly salty water, making it extremely salty. This caused me to feel extremely thirsty and my blood pressure spiked. I didn't even attempt to eat the main dish and returned it for a refund, but the staff was rude about it. I do not recommend this restaurant.

Food was great! all tastes really fresh and made to house, I ordered tofu that do not all Chinese restaurants and they do not disappoint! armed minutes early, which was a bonus

Reis was no longer like pure boiled egg fried, mushrooms in the king prawn were not boiled and looked old, soggy chips and a randomly big piece hit found in simple noodles that do not look very nice stringy) no longer be ordered

Ordered eating where the delivery had arrived, and no eating so chased it to say that it was due in minutes, they waited only for a driver around the clock came round and asked only if the driver could not find the apartment (is much) for them to inform me, no, it is good, they will be minutes. runs round and no eating yet. they have chased up again to say that the driver was still on the way food arrived, but with some lacking in order. informed the restaurant and it was directly back to me eating was best on average and definitiw not waiting for almost hours. can see why it is the only Chinese available on ubereats!

I WAS a regular customer but not anymore- hours after placing my order we are still waiting. Rang them twice and both times they don’t give a monkeys. Not interested no apology, nothing. avoid at all costs another Chinese will now get our business, who btw would probably appreciate it more than this tin pot business. Couldn’t speak to anyone other than the teenager who answers the phone- totally amateur. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
