The roast was delicious, the roast potatoes were the best I’ve ever had and I’ve had a lot in my 65 years The beef was tender , generous portion sizes and the extra jug of yummy gravy was good for gravyholics like myself ! Wendy’s raspberry jam sponge with custard was divine , so light and fluffy . Love the music and the whole vibe , one very happy full tummed customer
We had dinner on Saturday, the food was excellent, service was really good and staff very nice. This was our second visit and there’ll definitely be a third.
My husband and I visited with another couple on a Saturday night, we received a very warm welcome, and our drinks order was taken promptly. For starters we decided to go for Tapas and try a few different dishes, we had (apologies I’ve pasted this from their menu) PATATAS BRAVAS , CHORIZO HALLOUMI, BREADED CHICKEN GOUJONS WITH BBQ DIP CHEESEY GARLIC BREAD WITH BALSAMIC ONIONS. All of which came out very quickly and freshly cooked as well as delicious. For mains my husband got the steak which was quite a chunk of meat, and the chimichurri sauce complimented it so well he has claimed it may well be the best steak he’s ever had. I thoroughly enjoyed the roast rump of New Zealand lamb marinated in garlic and rosemary and so did our friend who had the same, and her husband had the Half rack of baby back barbecue ribs and chicken wing combo, but he did end up with food envy over the steak. We would absolutely return and have already told everyone we can that it is a fab place for dinner, especially if you prefer a more intimate style of dining.
Excellent food and service, food was freshly cooked and great quality, coffee was delicious and desserts were home made and tasty, would love to come back again
Had delicious beef with bubble, the beef was so soft and tender with a great flavour. Desert was fruit pavlova which was great! Service with efficient and served with a smile.
