The food was excellent and the drinks were generous in size, but unfortunately, the service was terrible. Our group of 25 people had 3 tables that were adequate for us to sit at and chat, but we were not allowed to move or switch seats, which was inconvenient. Guests who arrived late were not allowed to join us at our tables and were instead sent to the bar area, which we found unacceptable. We were also told that the bill would be split evenly among the tables, but later discovered that food from one table had been added to another table's bill, causing confusion during payment. The staff spoke rudely to some of our guests when they tried to join full tables, instructing them to sit at an empty table instead. This experience left us feeling uncomfortable and disrespected, and we will not be returning to this restaurant in the future.
We went to the east coast socially for my sons 18. Birthday. The staff was friendly and friendly. The food was amazing I would definitely recommend
On this occasion, our dining experience was very disappointing. We waited for our meals for over an hour and had to inquire about the wait multiple times. Despite our requests, the air conditioning continued to blow directly at our table. When the food finally arrived, the burgers were overcooked. Overall, it was a very poor dining experience.
Treat my partner to a meal with Groupon. He and I had every nice steak dinner and it was perfect as the hot stone allowed us to cook as we like it. The meat cut was spicy and the house red wine was beautiful.
