I was just here twice, but every time I feel that I wait longer than I should imagine how many people were in the restaurant. I picked up the door bag from here. that took a long time. the hostess looked at me as if I had four heads when I asked where to pick up my order. it took some time that someone recognized me in cash. it is a good option, just ready to wait.
All the waitresses went together for the break, so we had to wait 10 minutes. the arrival lasted 20 minutes. sandwich was bland. lemonade after filling lasted 8 minutes and was not good. music was very good. our waitress was very pleasant, happy, committed and eager to please.
My pizza and service were exceptional at brixx. the owner was very pleasant and welcoming. my chicken porcelain pizza was quite wonderful. I will definitely visit the opportunity again!
The brixx wood fire pizza in the southern pine is the best I've ever been. not only is it the best (healest) pizza place in all moore county, but also the service is phenomenal. Apart from the pizza, there are so many other options, many people do not know it is not only their run of the mill pizzeria joint. they have pastas, sandwiches, salads, salmon, garnel, chicken wings, protein shells. her design beer section is also very impressive and I love the desert selection they have. I can't say enough good things about the owners wayne and iris. iris works personally at the bar and sometimes serves. I have also seen them in the kitchen at several places, they really do everything. because of the kovid, the personal has made a hit, as people would rather gather unemployment than work, but nevertheless this restaurant is like the small motor that could. I was here at several locations where the whole place was filled with customers, while only 3 employees were handy, and they somehow managed miraculously to serve everyone. I think this is a fairly common event here, especially at weekends, so it is important to note. pro tip- if they eat in this wonderful facility, please speak them up and use their cake. they are very obviously underoccupied because of the current times in which we are. When they come in, they find a place and just sit down and then they tell a waitress who they have just entered and want to order. They not only wait for someone who visits them as they are always extremely busy doing either in the front or in the back. If they feel that takes something too long, they use their cake again, check them in their order, they are key to asking. this is a family business (yes brixx is a franchise, but this belongs to a family that is local) and I had nothing but wonderful experiences here, they work with them when there is a problem (food comes late or they make a mistake) overall one of the best dinning experiences I have ever had
The Brixx wood fire pizza in southern pines is the best one I’ve ever been to. Not only is it the best (healthiest) pizza place in all of Moore county, but the service is also phenomenal. Aside from pizza, there’s so many other options a lot of people don’t know about, it’s not just your run of the mill pizza joint… they have pastas, sandwiches, salads, salmon, shrimp, chicken wings, protein bowls… their draft beer section is also very impressive and I love the desert selection they have. I can’t say enough good things about the owners Wayne and Iris. Iris personally works the bar and serves sometimes. I’ve also seen her in the kitchen on multiple occasions, she truly does it all. Due to covid, the staff has taken a hit, as people would rather collect unemployment than work, but despite that, this restaurant is like the little engine that could. I’ve been in here on multiple occasions where the entire place was filled with customers, while only 3 staff were at hand, and they were somehow miraculously managing to serve everyone. I think this is a pretty common occurrence here, especially on weekends, so it’s important to note. PRO TIP- if you do eat at this wonderful establishment, please speak up and use your words. They are very obviously understaffed because of the current times we’re in. If you come in, find a place and just sit down and then tell a waitress you just got in and want to order. Don’t just wait for someone to attend you as they are always extremely busy, either in the front or in the back doing prep… If you feel like something is taking too long, again use your words, check in your order, they key is to ask. This is a family run business (yes Brixx is a franchise, but this one is owned by a family that is local) and I’ve had nothing but wonderful experiences here, they work with you if there is a problem (food comes out late or they make a mistake) overall one of the best dinning experiences I’ve ever had.
