Chick-fil-a - Southern Pines

I almost always avoid Kichererdfil a because of the line, but idk why. There?s always like a million people in the drive thru, who can?t be harassed to go inside. So if you go inside, you have the place to you. You always have to get a chicken and a milkshake. Fries are so good, but this time was rather disappointing. Just sad and fluffy. She's always good at doing this right.

Eric Corbet! Do you still own this place? If so, you lose your business due to these teenagers who you trust in. For the last three occasions I got food from your facility, the order was wrong. I've never had a complaint for years, but things are getting bad. You need to reassess your business and manager. I just spent $15 on food I didn't order and it was hidden. I didn't know until I was home.

Fast service and amazing food. I suggest her new strawberry milkshake, it's amazing! Her salads are also pretty good. Overall I loved the service and speed completely!

We rolled through the drive with five people in a van and everyone had a different order. The girl on the ride got everything for the first time and everything we had ordered was in the pockets and right. In addition, it was all hot and delicious! Love this place!

Edit: went today, the lady at the drive-thru window looks super nice and polite but I ordered a number one which at the very least should have cheese lettuce tomato and I'm assuming pickle on it and all I got was a plain breast on bun was very disappointed because I got all the way to work before I realized. Today was my official first time going, I've always heard such great things, I'm not going to say I got bad service but when I pulled up to the window they were all talking in a group and only really acknowledged me when they got my money and gave me my food. I will say that the food was spectacular.
