Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

I ordered the catfish and was halfway through when I bit into a raw piece. Now I’m sick. Service was sub par. Food was undercooked but took forever to get to us. I can’t stand this place.

Food was cold. Bacteria can grow and this place in north myrtle beach should be shut down due to the health code. Second time in a year trying and the same thing for lunch and breakfast.

The food wasn’t prepared well and my family felt it later. We were nauseous throughout the night. I love Cracker Barrel but I would not go to this particular restaurant again. The service was so-so, below average what I expected.

I am pulling a camper and for lunch, I was hoping there would be a Cracker Barrel on my route. They always have rv parking in the back. Well almost. Although, this one did not have designated rv parking, they had a very large parking lot. I parked in the back and tried to use as few spots as I could. There was still plenty of parking spaces.I ordered my favorite and everything was nice and hot. Waitress was very attentive and friendly. As a solo diner, sometimes I get treated as if I am an inconvenience.All was great until I checked out. Two cashiers at the front, but one never called for next customer to check out. She was busy talking to another associate. Line to check out was getting very long! At least 4 of us with bills to check out plus the lady in front of me. I did let the cashier checking me out that my visit was great until check out. I couldn't believe only one person was actually working.Really wanted to give them only 4 stars, but everything else was above expectations. Parking: Lots of parking. Just couldn't find designated rv slots.

I paid about $12 for a plate and they were out of corn bread. She told me she would bring it when it was done. I checked with her abot 15 minutes later, still was not ready. When I got ready to leave I asked that I could get it to go. Still was not ready. So you pay for something and don't get it.
