Contribuisci feedbackI had a terrible experience at this restaurant. I wanted to take my grandchildren there today, but we were turned away. There was no one in charge, even though there were five staff members present, and they wouldn't even acknowledge us. So, we decided to leave and go somewhere else.
The Baskin-Robbins located at Northwest and 12 Mile in Southfield has some serious issues. They frequently run out of popular flavors, and they never answer their phone.
This restaurant has very inconsistent service. One day, I can be seated and served quickly, but the next time, I have to wait an eternity! On my most recent visit, my drink came in a flimsy cup, and when I mentioned it, they didn't offer to remake it. The quality was disappointing.
Very small amount of ice in 2 pots sunflower. they asked for a cherry top and received a strawberry. hardly a caramel topping, if desired. will not return.
Came inside for a doughnut before work and almost left because I stood there for almost ten min being ignored because staff is only focused on drive threw and to top it off my apple fritter was cold like it came out of the fridgerator instead of the oven.Usualy doughnuts are fresh at 6am but not this place. Better off going to Speedway.
