Contribuisci feedbackI’ve had a consistently good experience at this Chipotle location, with my meals always being well-prepared. While there are many young employees working there, they are quite efficient. I noticed some negative reviews, but personally, I have never had a bad experience like those mentioned. Overall, I would recommend this place!
Please stop taking mobile orders when understaffed!!!! Placed a mobile order got to the restaurant 5 minutes after it was supposed to be ready and waited another hour!! I’ve been in food service all my life and never experienced something like this, I completely understand being short staffed, however they have the ability to stop taking mobile orders and they chose not to and have one person doing all the mobile orders by themselves while other staff handled the customers placing orders in the restaurant , do better guys, turn the mobile orders off if you know you are understaffed it’s that simple
People, for the love of all that is good, stay away from this place! It’s hard to even call it a restaurant. The moment you walk in, you’re met with rude staff, and once you take a look around, you’ll be appalled by the filthy environment. The tables are covered with leftover food, the floors are sticky, and even the kitchen looks dirty. I placed an online order, and the manager was shouting about how their online system was down. Honestly, I believe this place needs a miracle to be saved—perhaps someone like Gordon Ramsay. It's truly disgusting, and I vow to never return. I’m spreading the word to everyone I know to steer clear of this establishment because I’m genuinely concerned for anyone who may eat here.
Incredibly unorganized loading, open them around midday?! what? the load is dirty, eat all over it area, everywhere, they can probably make a whole burrito out of the witness on the floor. I put my order at 11:30 a.m. to be picked up at 12 noon a.m., waited until 12:30 and they couldn't do it, I went on work. never again in these invite to come, children behind the counter move very slowly, except that the girl actually makes the dishes and burritos, she did her the best. I don't blame them. they are underpaid and worked over, most of the shops are underpaid. qdoba is my new favorite, I delete the chipotle app from my phone.
Waited for a half an hour for my order that , I have placed online and set up a time to pick it up .bad customer service . if you want a side of wait all day and attitude to go along with your food . then go to this chipotle . if I was the manager I would at least apologize to everyone for the long wait and gave them a small free fountain drink for their inconvenience . We understand that most places are running on short-staffed . but don’t mistreat us when we come there . because we are the reason why your restaurant is still up and running . Good customer service always offers apology. I did not receive that at this location .all I received was bad service and telling me how shortstaffed they was ,and a couple of times I was totally ignored. Poor customer service I give them a zero.
