Lou's Deli - Southfield

Fantastic sandwiches and fries! The deviled eggs are exceptional. I’m looking forward to my next visit—next time, I’m definitely trying dessert.

The food is excellent, and the staff is friendly and attentive. However, I have two reasons for giving it only three stars: During my visit on October 1st, there were a lot of flies in the restaurant. Also, while the price increase is understandable, I noticed that an extra $4 has been added to the cost of the larger sandwiches.

The corned beef I had was absolutely incredible—it's the best I've ever tasted! I find myself daydreaming about it when I'm hungry, haha. It was served fresh, hot, and perfectly cooked. The service was friendly too. The only downside was the lemonade; it was super sweet, almost like it could give you diabetes! But overall, it was the best experience ever!

I ordered their standard rubber with fries and a drink. This sandwich came packed to the brim a softball sized layer of moist and savory corned beef. The ratio of dressing, Is sauerkraut, and corned beef was perfect. The home made French fries wereaddictive and better than most burger joints! Overall the food was amazing, and would hit the spot of anyone with a largeappetite looking for a great mid day meal. I should note that this level of cravings satisfaction does come at a price though;the meal was about a $17 total.

My Dad and sister-in-law were visiting from Florida and Houston! We had Corned Beef sandwiches with coleslaw and Russian dressing on an onion rolls! 1 person had a ham sub and another with Corned Beef and Sauerkraut! The sandwiches weredelicious! The staff was fun too! We tried to order online, but when I called to find out what time to pick it up, they hadnot received the order. So, my Dad called in and I picked it up! I mentioned what happened and they remembered talking to meon the phone!!! We are laughing about how glad we were to have it all work out!!!
