Contribuisci feedbackCan I give this place less than zero stars? I've only been here five times in the last 20 years, and each time has been a disappointing experience. They're either cash-only (and they can't provide change) or they're closed even during the day. On the rare occasion that I visit, they're usually out of everything.
I just grabbed a bite to eat on my way to the line moves fast and no complain about eating big customer service
This is the worst McDonald's in Southfield. The customer service is nonexistent. The cleanliness is enough to make you vomit... just look inside when you're at the window and you'll see for yourself.There's always an issue here. It's like the owner hires friends and family with no regards for training or customer service.
At 7:30 PM, the restaurant was very dirty, and the staff were busy chatting amongst themselves. I waited for about 2-3 minutes when a young man approached me. He didn’t greet me and simply told me that I needed to use the drive-thru. Despite the staff standing around, I decided to take my business elsewhere for my 7-year-old's meal. This place does not reflect the standards expected from McDonald's. I certainly wouldn't recommend anyone order from this unprofessional and unsanitary establishment.
This was the worst experience. I'm not sure why I even came here since there aren't many quick options near my workplace. I ordered a meal by its number, but the cashier only entered the nuggets and drink separately. I had to ask at the window where my fries were, and they weren’t included. Very disappointing.
